Good for the price. Bought for use in the Rainforests and Cloud Forests of Costa Rica (July 2017) and used regularly for two weeks solid. Although fairly light, still felt a bit heavy when carried around for a whole day. Before we went, I did buy an OP/TECH E-Z Comfort Strap for Camera/Binoculars OP/TECH E-Z Comfort Strap for Camera/Binoculars - Navy to use instead of the thin strap that was provided. I think this was a good decision as the supplied strap is quite thin and would dig into the neck after a while.
In quite wet conditions they did not fog up or get water inside them at any time. Both my wife and I wear glasses and the Bressers adjust well to being used with glasses on, but I personally ended up using them without my glasses on and found this was fine once I had set them up correctly following the included instructions.
Before we went, we evaluated these and a pair of Bushnell Powerview 10x42 binoculars Bushnell Powerview 10x42. My wife and son (16) both preferred the Bressers while I preferred the Bushnells.
The only thing we did not like was that the lens and eyepiece covers did not remain attached to the binoculars when removed, like the Bushnells did.
Bresser Hunter 8-24x50 Binoculars. Cities skylines cheats ps4. Compact Porro zoom binoculars from Hunter series that utilize high grade components including 50mm diameter objectives and prisms made of BK-7 optical glass, providing 8 to 24x magnification zoom and field of view of 66 m (1000 m).
Great for the price. The magnification seems true to specifications (which has not been the case with several higher-priced models I purchased). In fact, it had better magnification than the 20x70 UAG 'military' binos I purchased. Needless to say, the larger binoculars were brighter, but with inferior magnification to the Bresser I had to return the UAG. So, this Besser Hunter is excellent for the money. You compromise a little in the way of 'brightness' but not much, and would need a much larger bino to get more light. I'm sticking with this one. Good value.
